By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in San Juan, had much fun and met very nice helpful staff with food and beverage service. The hotel had particularly good location just next door to all the great restaurants.

The rooms were en suite and neat with nice views and a very comfortable bed & pillows, for example, just what was needed.

The staff were more than helpful during my stay. The location was great and beautiful - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I was happy to find Ceviche by Totti, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel and served nice food.

Though the breakfast itself was delicious, it could be was included in our fare.

Impeccably clean hotel, top-class team members from chambermaids. Well-appointed room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Good location within a close distance from Former San Juan Navy Base.

Our stay at the Sheraton in Mirimar was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the Puerto Rico Convention Center and just a short distance from Old San Juan and Condado. The lobby is impressive, with a variety of dining options including a coffee shop, Texas de Brazil, and a sushi bar. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the agent who checked us in was friendly and informative. The room itself was recently renovated and spacious, with free and reliable wifi.

Perfect and impeccably clean hotel with amazing view of the bay. Very early check-in, great and beautiful location not far from different areas of the island, Old San Juan or a restaurant, and the conference centre. Great food in the restaurants such as Casita Miramar, located 5 min away.

Hotel is a good hotel but the money you have to pay to stay there is truly ridiculous. A turkey sandwich $21.00, breakfast $41 totally ridiculous.

The breakfast choices are awesome with potatoes, scrambled eggs plus Puerto Rican sweet rolls. The location is great and easy, 2 miles from Castillo de San Cristobal Castle.

Nice and terrific place, we didn't feel like leaving.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Condado Beach.

Liked how fancy the property was and its top-class staff with food and beverage service. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to about a hour to the rainforest and the Puerto Rico Pan American cruise terminal. The breakfast was delicious and warm, the check in was very early.

Favourableremote location and very very good breakfast. Proximity to the airport, just 0.5 miles. Absolutely gorgeous rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was located near the RCCL cruise port, making it easy for me to embark on my cruise. Additionally, the hotel was adjacent to the convention center, which was great for attending conferences. I also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff members. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also satisfactory.

The beds in the rooms seemed a bit dated and lumpy.

Hotel was extremely clean. Room was comfortable. Good size gym with new equipment.

Great hotel for location and price. We dealt with one rather rude person at the front desk. Fortunately, we later had someone else help us who very gracious and the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff - very polite.
